Occasionally we do, depending on the level of specialization your job needs. But for the most part, we use our own crews.

CCR's founder, Steve Willmarth, personally oversees each job. He'll be your point person on-site as he makes sure every detail meets his requirements.

We're a Class A contractor, which means we have in-depth experience (40 years of it, to be exact) on large, complicated jobs, and a thorough working knowledge of all areas of the construction industry.

What kind of supplies and materials do you use?

Our standards are several levels higher than those of the industry. Our projects always start with a baseline of high-grade materials with the option to upgrade as the homeowner sees fit.

Do you subcontract any work?

We only subcontract out electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation. Everything else is typically done in house.
